Hampden parking: Where's my space?

The Baltimore City Council took a final vote and passed a controversial parking plan for Hampden, a place where parking is already a challenge ("Hampden parking plan a disaster," Feb. 14). But the measure left out two addresses on Elm Street including the Hampden Hill Apartments in the 3700 block because the bill's sponsor, Councilwoman Mary Pat Clarke, was told parking was already provided.

Ms. Clarke said she would try to correct the mistake if the mayor signs the bill.

What about the other taxpayers who will be left out of this privileged parking deal? As a constituent of Ms. Clarke, I am left out of this ridiculous parking situation also. Will she correct the mistake for my address as well? Will she get me my private spot in front of my home?
