In addition to the GOP, there are a lot of Democrats who are criticizing the rollout of the Affordable Care Act — not to mention anyone who has ever managed a business project ("Maryland 'stumbled out of the gate' with health exchanges, Brown says," Oct. 16).
The software program manager knew months ago that the rollout would be flawed. Who stuck their heads in the sand — Kathleen Sebelius or her boss?
If it was Ms. Sebelius, she should be fired. If it was President Barack Obama, he should be impeached. This fiasco is going to cost a whole lot more money than the budget and debt-ceiling debacles.
