Is vacation more important to Obama than La. flood victims?

President Barack Obama just cant break away from his New England vacation to visit the flooded areas of the great state of Louisiana ("Obama unlikely to visit Louisiana any time soon," Aug. 19). George W. Bush didn't get to visit Louisiana until the second day after Katrina, but as we know he at least did a fly-over. (He couldn't land Air Force One as the airport was damaged and flooded.) The left ubiquitously criticized him for his lack of concern and said it was racial.

Where is the outcry from anyone about Mr. Obama's lack of concern? Mr. Bush wasn't asked to visit back then; Mr. Obama was asked to visit. Barack, enjoy your taxpayer funded vacation while others in Baton Rouge suffer with their great loss.
