In a perfect world, Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby would be investigated for a malicious prosecution and ethics violations leading to her removal from office ("State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby assails police, pledges to pursue reforms," July 27).

Then the officers she charged would receive large cash settlements and be placed back on duty.
