If we are going to continue to erode free enterprise and capitalism, let's switch from continually increasing the minimum wage and institute a maximum wage.
No affiliate of a company may collect more than 10, 20 or even 100 times than the lowest-paid employee.
This indeed is an infringement, but it would free up enough to allow a larger income for those paid the minimum wage. And it would narrow the gap between rich and poor without harming either.
