With regard to Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and her comment that she doesn't "have the luxury of being in the dark about much of anything," the mayor of Baltimore should resign ("Not a 'reactive' leader," Oct. 8).
If she doesn't, she must be impeached.
The man who leads the City Council has no goals other than extracting as much as possible from city taxpayers. His careless attitude toward the citizens is historic in magnitude.
