In regard to the Maryland Democratic senatorial primary, the race appears to be a no-brainer when you look at the accomplishments of the two principal contenders. Rep. Chris Van Hollen has the best record in this regard by far ("Van Hollen wasn't 'born to the job.' He's earned it," March 23).
As for the recent letter writer who suggested that Under Armour be responsible for funding city infrastructure improvements "already required" around Port Covington, I would ask, has the writer ever been in this neighborhood? I thought one reason we paid taxes is to fund infrastructure construction and maintenance.
