When the majority of Maryland voters wanted gay marriage legalized, it was passed by the legislature, and it was done. Survived a referendum, too.
When it was discovered that the death penalty was racially biased, it was eradicated at the behest of our governor.
Well, the majority of Marylanders want marijuana legalized, and the ACLU just released a report detailing the racial disparities in Maryland marijuana arrests.
Therefore, using math and logic like our progressive governor, it is time to legalize marijuana in Maryland. Honestly, I don't know why he isn't on this already.
