When Manny Machado said to reporters about brawling, "In that situation, you don't think, you just react" he revealed the utter lack of emotional intelligence that ought to embarrass everyone who loves Baltimore ("Orioles' Manny Machado suspended for four games, will appeal punishment," June 9).
It's easy to love Manny Machado when he's hitting baseballs. Outside of that, he's not the role model kids in the stands or watching on TV deserve. We see enough senseless violence on the street. We don't need it in Camden Yards, too.
