A recent editorial misstated the issue in the Supreme Court's recent ruling on immigration ("Supreme Court's immigration failure," June 26).
The injunction imposed by the lower court that was appealed to the Supreme Court involved the constitutionality of President Barack Obama's attempt to legislate by issuing executive orders.
Trying to persuade your readers that this case was about immigration rather than about the unconstitutionality of the president's actions does them no service whatever.
