Yes, that's correct. The heat is so oppressive, it feels like one is standing near a furnace. Tempers flare when the mercury rises.
If you're intent on settling a score not with your fists but with a gun, try communication instead. It's powerful: It has ended wars, border disputes and all manner of petty disagreements between nations.
Try it for a change. Communication is so much more effective than a gun. Just leave your firearm behind.
