Regarding you recent story about hookah bars, they are a great idea as long as the smokers stay away from the general sane public ("As interest in hookah lounges ignites, Baltimore County eyes regulations," Oct. 21).
Smokers demand their freedom to slowly kill themselves and do not care if they take us with them. The hookah bar allows the selfish to come together to share their experiences while letting the rest of us walk to the store, run to our car or bike with friends without having to inhale the foul stench of smoke outdoors.
