The obstructionist Democrats

A solid majority of Maryland voters elected Larry Hogan as governor. He ran on a platform of reducing taxes and spending and encouraging private sector jobs. His State of the State speech stated his intention to implement these policies ("Hogan misses the difference between campaigning and governing," Feb. 4).

Democrats in the General Assembly do not like Mr. Hogan's policies and threaten to delay action on his executive appointments. Which party is the "Party of No?"
