Congratulations to Larry Hogan on his decisive win over Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown ("It's Hogan," Nov. 5). However, I see it more as Mr. Brown losing the election rather than Larry Hogan winning it.
Mr. Brown's hard-hitting and constantly negative ads were a real turn-off and I never got the message of what he was going to do for the state of Maryland and me.
