I see once again that The Sun has shown the people of our state its bias for Democrats. In a recent "Assembly Digest," you state that Gov. Larry Hogan has claimed credit for improving the Chesapeake Bay in a headline ("Hogan claims credit for improving bay," March 25), yet I have read the accompanying article a couple of times and never did I see such a claim.
What I did see was mention of a phosphorus management plan that was a revision of a earlier plan which would be hopefully good for the Chesapeake Bay and perhaps less restrictive for the farmers who are the folks charged with the responsibility of providing the food for the majority of us non-farmers.
