Oh my God! What are we going to do now? Gov. Larry Hogan has just presented us with his budget for the upcoming fiscal year, and boy has he ruffled the feathers of the twin prima donnas of Annapolis: Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller and House Speaker Michael E. Busch ("Top Democrats say most of Hogan's agenda will not pass," Feb. 6). These cuts in spending will not stand, cries Mr. Bush! This hurts our children, bellows Mr. Miller! Only the fuzzy math that they use in Annapolis can take an increase in spending on education and spin it into a cut. What a bunch of baloney! Most of the reason that Maryland is in the mess that we're in is because of these two. Wake up people. Can't you all see the real reasons this state is a mess?
