Congress is at it again, doing what it does best — eloquently, with righteous indignation, and maybe more than a bit of schadenfreude, gathering together for the grilling of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.

Hours will be spent in the process with the "satisfactory" outcome of finger-pointing, blaming and… exactly what is the ultimate benefit to the American people, these congressman are so fond of speaking for?

Imagine if this august body actually assembled to acknowledge the problem and having done so to proceed collectively toward a solution. That would be working for the American people.
