Most Marylanders and Americans know that criminals do not purchase legal weapons ("U.S. judge rejects request to halt Maryland gun law," Oct. 1).
For state government lawyers who live off of taxpayers' dollars to complain about a legal business that provides products and services that people are willing to spend their money on just goes to show how little respect they have for the people who pay their wages and benefits.
