Congratulations to commentator Steven P. Grossman for writing the most condescending piece of journalism in this election cycle ("Grow up and get over your Hillary hang-ups," Oct. 11).
I am so pleased he graced us with his wisdom to tell us how to vote because, frankly, without his help I'm not sure we would have made the right decision.
Forgive us voters for perhaps wanting leaders that were actually deserving of our vote. Mr. Grossman claims that the third-party candidates are unqualified. I beg to differ.
I think a pair of two-term governors from some pretty large states are more than qualified to lead this country and, what's more, they haven't lied to the voters, talked down to us, called us "deplorables" or any other pejorative term you've heard from the two clowns the media has anointed as our only choices.
In fact, they are far more qualified than a certain junior senator from Illinois was when he first ran for president and his only executive experience was as a community organizer. Gary Johnson and William Weld are the leaders we need, but Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are the ones we deserve in this reality-TV show of an election. God help us.
