Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's poodles, the Senate Republicans, obviously want to embroil the United States in yet another war in the Middle East, only this time with Iran ("Obama criticizes Republicans' Iran letter," March 10). Wasn't their "nation building" disaster in Iraq enough? So now, showing a profound disrespect for President Barack Obama, the office of the presidency, and the United States, 47 Republican senators have sent an open letter to the Iranian government saying any deal made with the United States, along with Russia, China, France, the United Kingdom, and Germany, can be tossed aside after President Obama leaves office!
I hope the sons and daughters and grandchildren of these 47 senators are the first ones to be drafted into Mr. Netanyahu's war.
