It seems to me that four people need to be locked up in a closed room and not allowed to leave until they have all agreed upon a policy which governs the conduct of police during possible arrest situations ("Do your job, too, Madam Mayor," June 18).
They are Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, Police Commissioner Anthony Batts, State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby and Fraternal Order of Police President Gene Ryan. It is obvious that putting everyone on the same page is an essential need. The Baltimore City police need clear guidance.
