College applicants can fill out a form

Regarding the commentary, "Undue FAFSA burdens" (Feb. 19), if a student does not have the knowledge and persistence to completely fill out an online (or written) form to be able to receive "generous need-based assistance through Pell (grants)", how is he or she going to successfully manage the demands of college courses?

Stop babying these very capable young adults and they will step up and achieve.
