I was looking at Exelon's full-page ad on page 7 of Thursday's paper, which was selling the benefits of the proposed merger of Pepco Holdings and Exelon. The first advantage they mentioned was "improved reliability." Then I noticed the ad featured the Maryland flag, which was flying up-side-down! If this is an example of Exelon's quality control, maybe this merger isn't such a good idea.
