Thank goodness someone finally listened to the proverbial little guy about the proposed Exelon-Pepco merger ("Exelon-Pepco merger decision appealed," June 11).
Under this proposed merger, like so many others, the little guy always loses. And the rhetoric is always the same: "We will give better service, upgrade infrastructure and lower costs if this deal is allowed to move forward."
The Public Service Commission is looking out for the little guy very little if at all. How many times in the last decade has the PSC disapproved a rate hike for BGE? Case closed!
