I ran to the convenience store this morning to pick up some milk and saw at least eight campaign signs within a quarter mile: Brown/Ulman, Elijah Cummings and — the most telling — "Vote the Democrats."
How typical for the state of Maryland: Don't vote for the person, their views or their record; instead, just vote the party line.
That is exactly the problem we face in Maryland, a state dominated by one party that is more interested in staying in power and keeping control than what is good for the people.
