Trump's weasel words

Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump traded insults at an annual Catholic charity dinner in New York City. Oct. 21, 2016. (CBS Miami)

In the article, "Last face-off turns heated" (Oct. 20), Donald Trump is quoted using various qualifiers to keep from lying about his lies. Regarding his treatment of women, how can something be "largely debunked?" How can one state emphatically, I "believe" (she) did it," in regard to his view that Hillary Clinton's campaign planted his sexual assault stories?

"Weasel words" are the last vestige of the Madison Avenue scoundrel, and Mr. Trump is the last of the great snake oil salesman, "I think."
