Rep. Elijah Cummings has "represented" Baltimore in Annapolis and Washington, D.C. for 32 years! That includes 10 terms in Congress, and what has he done? Well, he and his political cronies have gotten rich, but citizens in Baltimore continue to live off of welfare and food stamps.
He needs voters depending on him for their daily existence so that he can count on their votes. We call that a parasite, one that is willing to kill the host so that they can live — and high on the hog at that!
