Clueless Dan Rodricks thinks the cure to the ills of Baltimore City is that we need to "warn" the violent criminals that they could go away for a long time ("How Baltimore can save $415,000 and be safer," June 3).
Geez. What a brilliant idea — and inexpensive. Why hasn't someone thought of that before? What a joke that The Sun continues to publish his piffle.
