It's obvious that insurance companies will put the cost of contraceptives into the premiums that everyone pays. However, premiums will still be lower than if they did not give out "free" contraceptives.
For an insurance company, it's got to be cheaper to offer contraceptives than to pay for maternity care, hospital births, child care and all the medical expenses of raising and caring for a child.
In the end, the companies will actually save a lot of money by giving out "free" contraceptives.
