Towson should disclose cheerleaders' alleged hazing

The Towson University cheerleading team has a right to appeal the suspension handed down for alleged hazing, however, the details of what supposedly happened must be made public ("Appeal hearing scheduled for Towson cheerleaders," Sept. 5).

Towson University is a public institution. Therefore, the public has a right to know the charges. Also, in the current politically correct world we live in, hazing is nothing more than bullying. If this is true, the suspension must be upheld.
