Why is it that the first thing out of the mouths of government employees when there is a problem is that we need to form a task force and hire more government employees ("Rehash and half measures," Oct. 9).
Other police forces use body cameras now and instead of hiring more people, why not get their employees to do their jobs — like they do in the private sector?
