Is the only way Anthony Brown is able to win this election by putting down Larry Hogan ("Report: Md governor's race among nation's most negative," Sept. 30)? Mr. Brown has been lieutenant governor for seven years. There has got to be something good he has accomplished in those seven years that he can tell the public about. If you want to win my vote, tell me why you are good for the state, not why the other guy is bad. Mr. Brown is not doing that by focusing on Mr. Hogan's bad points.
