Let's get this straight: Officer Daniel Redd was fired for sleeping on the job got rehired and is now under arrest for dealing drugs on the job ("City officer faces drug charges," July 20).
Officer Salvatore Rivieri was fired for hollering at a child, rehired for 3 years, and let go a year before his retirement ("Judge upholds firing of officer in harbor skateboard incident", March 1).
Where is the justice?
I certainly don't have confidence in Commissioner Frederick H. Bealefeld III. He should be fired.
