Dance performance was uplifting

Thank you so much for your article "Dancing past disabilities" (July 10) . It lead me to attend the First Annual Dance Recital of the B'more Abilities Special Arts Center (BASAC). It was, by far, the most heart-warming and inspiring recital I've ever attended. In addition to the outstanding performances of all of the dancers, Zoey Robinson-Budreski's tireless work as teacher and choreographer was apparent throughout the performance. The performers danced with pride and confidence in their abilities, and the audience responded with much deserved, enthusiastic applause. It was so uplifting — I've already marked my calendar to attend next year's performance and hope other readers will too!
