WBAL-TV (Channel 11) debuted a new set today.

"One of the most unique features is the fact the background can change colors with the flip of a switch," Dan Joerres, general manager, wrote in an email to The Sun.

"Red for breaking news, purple for Ravens, orange for O's, green for St. Patty's day," he added.  "This set helps us further set ourselves apart from the competition and lends itself to our Live. Local. Latebreaking. Brand!"
