If you don't know by now about the truly sick comments MSNBC host Martin Bashir made about Sarah Palin, you need to see this video.
And then, you might want to ask yourself how it is that Bashir is still on the air.
And why aren't folks like Tom Brokaw and Chuck Todd, who claim to speak for NBC News, not speaking out about this?
Those are some of the questions we asked in a spirited discussion on Howard Kurtz's "Media Buzz" Sunday morning on Fox News. Kurtz's other guest is Joe Concha, columnist at Mediaite.
For those wondering how Kurtz is doing on his new channel, on Nov. 17, he surpassed 1 million viewers for the first time with an audience of 1.04 million. It was Kurtz's 11th week on the air at Fox News.
His former show, CNN's "Reliable Sources," meanwhile, was seen by 281,000 viewers.
Kurtz also topped CNN 181,000 to 109,000 in the key demographic of viewers 25 to 54 years of age.
The Nov. 17 Nielsen ratings are the most recent ones available.
Sunday, Towson University grad Brian Stelter takes over as the permanent replacement for Kurtz on CNN.
In addition to "Media Buzz," I have also appeared as a guest on "Reliable Sources," both before and after Kurtz left.
