My copy of the 2016 Associated Press Stylebook arrived in the mail yesterday.
It has 591 pages and weighs 1 pound, 11 3/8 ounces.
In keeping with its up-to-the-moment focus, it has dropped Gibson Girl and zoot suit from the print edition.
I did not stay up all night binge-reading it.
But I did ascertain that its dumbest rule remains intact, on pages 288-289.
