Don't have a cow, Daddy-o

The Guardian has seen fit to give space to an article by Fay Schopen, "Young people of the Internet, can you not (write properly)?," in which the supposedly light tone masks a querulous attitude about the young and their slang that we have often seen before.

Ms. Schopen focuses on a handful of current terms and expressions that give her the jim-jams. She particularly dislikes bae, which she says "to my horror has been added to the Oxford Dictionary this year."
