Regarding the problem-plagued rollout of Obamacare, if the political powers in Washington can't manage a Web site, how do they ever hope to effectively administer the program ("Obamacare rollout isn't a 'glitch,' it's a disaster," Oct. 26)?

The entire process only gets more difficult from this point forward. Is the Web site failure just the tip of the iceberg?
