Gansler should be held to the same standard as Leopold

If Maryland Attorney General Doug Gansler truly forced his drivers to drive recklessly, speed, etc., shouldn't he be held just as accountable as was former Anne Arundel County Executive John Leopold ("Gansler denies unsafe conduct on road," Oct. 15)?

Or does the difference in political affiliation enter into the equation?
