I am sure there are a lot of benefits to African AIDS programs that are supported by U.S. taxpayer dollars. But wouldn't it be better, at least for the present, to send those dollars to Baltimore or Detroit or Los Angeles?

Better yet, let the poor working slobs who are the source of that money keep it and spend it however they choose.
