Thank you for your coverage and editorial stance on the recent issue of photography on the Maryland Transit Administration ("MTA's rights refresher," June 3). It is been disheartening many times over the past years to be viewed as a nefarious terrorist, when all I am is a harmless hobbyist.
I have begun wearing my U.S. Navy ship's cap whenever out and find it makes the police act a bit nicer. But really, do we have to be like the Iron Curtain countries of the 1950s? Your editorial has been a breath of fresh air.
