I see that President Obama has said it is his responsibility to serve as CINC ( commander in chief ) of "one of the finest fighting forces in the world." ("Palin bus tour brings her to Fort McHenry," May 31)

When you came on watch, Mr. President, it was certainly the finest fighting force in the world. What have you done to it?
