What part of illegal do I not understand? On the front page ( "O'Malley signs tuition break" May 11), an article states that tuition is available for illegal alien students has been approved by the governor. On that same page, a student in Bel Air, who has taken advanced placement courses and maintained her grades will not get the awards she has worked so hard to achieve.
