Ravens should save Poe House

The Baltimore Ravens make millions of dollars every year from the Edgar Allan Poe poem "The Raven." At the very least, the Ravens should provide the funding to keep the home open from which they derive their namesake ("Poe House could close without city help, curator warns," Feb. 4).

"Take thy beak from out my heart, and take thy form from off my door!

"Quoth the Raven, 'Nevermore.'"
