Ban all cell phone use while driving

In response to the article, "Hands-free driving law takes effect Oct. 1" (Sept. 26), I think it is a very good idea that all cell phone usage should be against the law because it is a dangerous distraction to everyone who is on the road. There are also a lot of other distractions, so having one less danger to deal with while driving will make a difference for most drivers.
