A man is charged with killing another in a fit of rage with a pistol because of something the dead man did while driving. A judge grants bail and the accused shooter is back in the community. The Sun reports this ("Man charged in killing of Severn man released on bail," Sept. 9) but does not name the judge. The Sun needs to name judges who endanger the public. The public has a right to know. More than a right. A need to know.
