State Senate candidate Bill Ferguson represents all that Baltimore could be and Sen. George W. Della Jr. all that it is. Senator Della is not "old school" he is "one room school house." Favors owed and favors given over the course of Mr. Della's career may reelect him, but it will be a great opportunity lost for Baltimore. I hope Mr. Ferguson can pull this out. Go Bill!
