No more excuses for Roethlisberger

I am getting used to the normal socialistic, secular, nonmoral ethic of The Sun, but Susan Reimer's column ("Old rules no longer apply in Roethlisberger case," April 19) takes the cake, candles and utensils.

If my sons (and I have two in their 20s) tried to force themselves on a drunk woman, I would be outraged, and it would take a long time for me to get over it, even if they were drunk (yet another rationalization by the nonmoral left to not blame themselves for bad behavior).

To just explain this away as "It was drunk out that night" is idiotic and going out of your way to make it look like it is OK for a Steeler (or young man) to do what he did. I know you said "no excuse," but the tenor of your opinion says otherwise.
