When I lived in Prince Georges County, I would read with amazement the occasional newspaper articles about Del. Joseph F. Vallario Jr. just about always taking positions contrary to public opinion -- mostly in favor of law breakers and against protecting the public. One such issue had to do with strengthening the rules having to do with home detention electronic bracelets. He was against strengthening them. Del. Kathleen Dumais, in her defense of Delegate Vallario, uses the right words, in the wrong order. Delegate Vallario's "opinion" "rules," to hell with anybody else's opinions (and needs), including those of his constituents. He is the Republican claiming to be a Democrat. He needs to be voted out.
